These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the RPM Institute 3D Areola Tattoo Training Course (“Course”), provided by Restorative Permanent Makeup LLC, doing business as RPM Institute (“RPM Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Individual Course Access

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access the Course for your own personal education and professional development for one year from the date access is granted, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Each purchase is for one individual only. You may not share login credentials, allow others to access your account, transfer your enrollment, or share Course materials with anyone else. Each individual must purchase their own enrollment unless RPM Institute provides written authorization otherwise.

2. Mandatory Prerequisite for In-Person Training

Completion of the entire online Course is a mandatory prerequisite for all future in-person 3D areola tattoo training offered by RPM Institute, unless an exception is approved in writing.

Students must complete all required modules, lessons, quizzes, and designated coursework before attending in-person training. Purchasing the Course alone does not constitute completion.

Failure to complete the prerequisite may result in postponement or loss of eligibility to attend the scheduled training. Any rescheduling or refund will be governed by the applicable in-person training agreement and refund policy.

3. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

All Course materials are owned by or licensed to Restorative Permanent Makeup LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Materials include, but are not limited to, videos, demonstrations, written content, PowerPoints, photographs, illustrations, quizzes, downloadable resources, and original instructional materials.

You may use these materials only for your own education. Without prior written permission from RPM Institute, you may not:

• Copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or share Course content, in whole or in part.

• Share or upload materials to social media, websites, online groups, file-sharing services, or other platforms.

• Use Course materials to create, market, or teach your own course, workshop, training program, or educational product.

• Repurpose, adapt, or present our original content or materials as your own.

• Remove copyright notices or use RPM Institute's name, logo, or branding in a way that implies authorization or affiliation.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any Course content or intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RPM Institute.

These restrictions do not prevent you from using your independently developed skills and general professional knowledge, or from engaging in activities otherwise permitted by law.

4. Educational Disclaimer & Professional Responsibility

The Course is educational and does not guarantee professional competency, certification, licensure, employment, income, or specific client outcomes.

You are responsible for determining and meeting all applicable licensing, training, insurance, sanitation, health, safety, and professional requirements before performing any procedure. Course participation does not replace required hands-on training, supervision, or professional judgment.

5. Payments, Refunds & Access

Course pricing and payment terms are disclosed at checkout. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable refund policy or required by law, Course purchases are final once access has been granted.

Failure to complete the Course, meet the in-person prerequisite, or attend a scheduled training does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Access is provided for the stated access period. RPM Institute may update Course materials and may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any applicable refund obligations.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized sharing, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Course materials may violate this Agreement and applicable law. RPM Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPM Institute disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted Course access, error-free content, or suitability for a particular purpose. RPM Institute will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Course use, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Governing Law & General Terms

These Terms are governed by California law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any valid separate dispute resolution agreement.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with applicable checkout disclosures and policies, govern your use of the online Course.
