Purchase Terms and Conditions

Online Only Courses 
  1. Non-Refundable Policy
     1.1 All purchases for this course offering are final and non-refundable.
     1.2 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.
     
  2.  Course Rollover Policy
     2.1 In the event that a purchaser is unable to attend the in-person course for which they have registered, the purchase will be automatically rolled over to the next available course offering.
     2.2 The purchaser must notify the course provider in writing at least 14 days prior to the original course date to initiate the rollover process.
     2.3 Course rollovers are limited to one occurrence per purchase and must be used within 12 months of the original course date.
     
  3.  Intellectual Property Rights
     3.1 All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, videos, and digital content, are the exclusive intellectual property of the course provider.
     3.2 Purchasers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
     3.3 Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works based on the course materials is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the course provider.
     
  4.  Attendance
     4.1 Purchasers are required to attend all scheduled sessions of the course.
     4.2 The course provider is not obligated to provide additional instruction, materials, or compensation for any missed portions of the course due to participant tardiness, early departure, or absence.
     
  5.  Liability Limitation
     5.1 The course provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
     5.2 The course provider is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the purchase or use of the course materials.
     
  6.  Governing Law
     6.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
     
  7. Professional Behavior
     7.1 Purchasers are required to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the duration of the course.
     7.2 Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to excessive talking, use of mobile devices during instruction, or any conduct that interferes with the learning environment, is strictly prohibited.
     7.3 The course provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the class who engages in consistent disruptive behavior without refund or recourse.
  8.  Amendments
     8.1 The course provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

By purchasing a course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
